Your privacy matters

This portal processes member information for NUNSA administration, nursing education support, clinical posting, transport, welfare, finance, events and elections.

Biometric verification

Where face/liveness or device verification is enabled, the purpose, retention, provider and alternative verification method should be disclosed before collection. Biometric processing should never be silently enabled.

Security

The platform uses role-based access, password hashing, CSRF protection, secure sessions and audit logs. Production deployment should also use HTTPS, backups, rate limiting and administrator 2FA.

Data governance

The association/institution should complete a privacy review and implement appropriate notices, retention schedules, access controls and data-subject processes under applicable Nigerian data-protection requirements.
